We all know how mindfulness techniques and nature play are essential for children's wellbeing, especially in a world that seems to grow in uncertainty and confusion.

In this workshop you will learn what essential oils are and how to use them safely, as well as information on purity, sourcing, and how doTerra are leading the way.
We will explore some essential oils for mindfulness, calming, grounding and relaxing and how to incorporate them into sensory play.
We will have a chance to make some potions, moon sand or slime with natural products and essential oils.
At the end of the class we will talk through the different ways you can purchase the oils and explain how you can access a 25% discount plus our ongoing program of support.You will leave feeling inspired and confident in how to support your kids in a playful way whilst using essential oils.

Please note, if you would like to take home any slime, moon sand or potion please bring your own container and a jar for the potion.
